Creating in the kitchen saves me. It’s been good to get back to it, and this week what I’ve made has made me so happy that I smile when I eat. Also, writing for fun in a notebook {without the pressure of knowing people might read it} and the color yellow… Oh, and listening to French being spoken softly on my tube journey home.
