i am giving out 2 creative assignments today because i
crashed out early last night and um, forgot.

creative assignment #10:

what is your blog mission?
i have thought about writing one forever and just never
got around to it.
(also, it took me a few years to grasp why the hell
i would want to come online and publicly share my feelings.)

i think it is safe to say we all go through
phases where we start looking around at what everyone else
is doing and get intimidated.
when i indulge in that behavior too much i become ungrounded.
i would love to have something in words to
come back to again and again for focus and inspiration.

anyone else up for it?

Rather than a mission statement, I wrote up a manifesto recently and mustered the courage to post it. It started as a personal journal entry one morning … not something I had set out to write or share, but it sure felt good when it was done. I say go for it! I hope you’ll share it here. A Flickr group sounds fun!
