i am doing a 30 poems in 30 days
project and wanted to let you
in on it because it is really fun.

basically-you pick a partner,
and email each other one new
poem a day.

they don’t have to be perfect,
they don’t have to be long, etc.

it is an exercise to get the
juices flowing everyday.

(this is not my idea,
it is francescas.)

if any of you are like me
and love to write…but often
feel censored writing publicly
(uh, like our blogs)
but still want to share-
this is a great medium for that.

i am on day two of mine
(thanks allison!)
so far.

just think-
by the end you will have 30 orginial poems!

if you want to do this
but don’t have a partner,
leave a comment here and we can
pair peeps up.

ooooohhhh this is an awesome idea!!! thanks so much for sharing it, as it is inspiring me to pick up my poetry journal again. i have always loved poetry and the magic they contain within them… but have been uninspired i guess lately. but this is the kick in my butt that i needed, super fabulous!!! i’m off to find a partner!
