j is for joy
i was filming for my mermaid class yesterday (yes i am still filming!)…and after a grey and dreary day, a dreamy light decided to trickle in late afternoon. i wanted to share these magical bits with you…..

These are such beautiful photographs, Mccabe. They pricked something in me. I have been so busy with so many projects, all of them pulling me in a million zillion directions, and I haven’t had much time to nurture my soul, to be still, to notice the light and how it plays on the colors in my house. I haven’t had time to write in over a month. It’s a weird place to be. But your photos here helped me pay attention, notice my heart, be touched, be pricked, love.
