a gentle reminder….

often when we fall down the rabbit hole, isolation seems like a good idea. and sometimes a good time out can do the body good, yes. but don’t stay there too long peeps. there are those around you that want to help. i say this as i slowly emerge from the dark dank hole myself. it is a lot nicer in the sunshine. trust me on this one.

Thank you. I needed to read that today. I’m all too good at isolating myself.

Thank you for the much needed reminder, I’m just crawling back into the sunshine myself. I hope you are feeling better – you are such a special person!

Your words give me great comfort. I also have been spending too much time in the sad hole this winter. I still feel it’s magnetic pull as I try to reach for the light. Part of my excitement about your warrior course is to get some much needed art therapy and inspiration.

Why do we do this, right? You’re so right. It’s silly. I’m glad I have you in my life to pull be from that hole
