I am interested in what kind of paint do you use? I am thinking of doing this around my college campus but it rains alot so I was wondering what kind of paint i should use on the rocks I leave around for others to find. If you have any recommendations please let me know! Thanks

Love the “swimming through your problems” idea … I teach reiki to kids and our program infuses yoga, kirtan, tapping, meditation and a ton of art – experiential activities to support the kids’ learning how to recognize their own feelings, own their own feelings and then let their own feelings GO! when they are no longer served by them. I am going to use Art Journaling AND Rock Painting (and giving them away!)in our fall class …they resonate so beautifully with your campers … and I’ve seen the way my Nell and her friends have taken to them, too! Makes me wonder if you have any interest in teaching a reiki class to children?!
