you’re timing is always so good :~) i came to work this morning feeling so down because i’ve taken a few steps back in my attempt to end a toxic relationship and your words soothed my weary spirit. i want to give myself compassion and be tender with myself but it seems i give it all away to the one who isn’t so thoughtful and caring to me… i’ve never experienced this before.. it’s so difficult. thank you for reminding me…

so i’m sitting in my favourite coffee shop on my day off totally not thinking about *him* because it’s a relationship best ended, i know it. but, of course i don’t really know it and today i’m missing and feeling angry for missing, angry for steps backward, and then angry for feeling angry - this post brought me to a full stop. how do you always manage to do this for me, a perfect stranger? thank you.

i now proclaim
that easy living and peace fill all our hearts!

that joy overflowing and bigger than the sea ooozes out and drenches our souls

that happiness and wonderful love surrounds us.

that the calm feeling, the calm spirit that lives within each of us takes us hostage and keeps us from being frazzled.

that we all give ourselves a break and say…. its okay not to know what it is we want and just go with it.

that we live in this present moment and enjoy every second of it.
