happy new year friends!
today is not only a new year,
but also the anniversary of my little blog.

i never thought it would bring me
this much joy and healing.
i can say with absolute certainty
that one of my most treasured parts of this year was the friendships.
that is you!

It allows them to feel validated, because lots of people can’t express what they’re feeling as well as you can, and seeing you write it can sometimes free them to say “Hey, that’s how I’m feeling too!” Plus, it allows them to validate your feelings too, even the not-so-glittery ones. This is a beautiful heart space, which of course makes perfect sense since you have such a beautiful heart!
